We use vertical drainage techniques to amongst other things speed up the settlement of subsoil, in order to facilitate the accelerated development of building sites. Horizontal drainage is used for many applications in civil construction, recreational facilities, agriculture and environmental projects.

To achieve a greater load bearing capacity for soil, but also a reduction of residual settlement and improved safety against liquefaction during earthquakes we use compaction techniques for deep, intermediate and surface ground layers.

Another solution of Wicks is maritime drilling and blasting. This technique is used when the sea bed is too hard to be dredged by proper dredging equipment and involves breaking up submerged rock materials.
