A lot of jobs with our company require you to work abroad for a short or long period.  Captain of a cutter suction dredgerAs the captain of a cutter suction dredger, you are responsible for the dredging process on board, and for maintenance and repair of the ship. Required qualifications: Senior secondary vocational education (MBO), nautical college, appropriate navigation licence  OfficerThe officer steers the ship. The job also includes maintenance and repair of the onboard dredging equipment. Required qualifications: Senior secondary vocational education (MBO), nautical college, appropriate navigation licence  SuperintendentThe superintendent is responsible for preparing and carrying out the project. He is also the main contact between the project manager and the vessel's crew. Required qualifications: Diploma in civil engineering from a Dutch 'University of Applied Sciences' (HBO), or equivalent  Project engineerThe project engineer is in charge of designing projects. He advises the project team while the project is under way and develops working methods. Required qualifications: University degree in civil or mechanical engineering  SurveyorA surveyor carries out measurements and collects information using special equipment. He measures the sand under the water. Required qualifications: Secondary vocational education (MBO) in hydrography, or equivalent |
