Pieter van Oord has been a member of the Executive Board since 2007. He was appointed CEO in November 2008. Besided being the chairman of the Executive Board, he is responsible for Offshore, Netherlands, Personnel & Organisation, Operations Department, Technical Department and Communication & Markets.

Arjan van de Kerk has been a member of the Executive Board since 1998. He is responsible for Finance & Administration, Information Technology, Survey and Legal & Contracts.
P.H.G. de Ridder (1948) - COO

Peter de Ridder has been a member of the Executive Board since 1994. He is responsible for worldwide activities in the regions Asia & Australia, Middle East & Mediterranean, the business units Offshore Wind Projects and Wicks, and for the activities carried out by Engineering & Estimating.

Paul Verheul has been a member of the Executive Board since 2011. He is responsible for the areas Europe and America & Africa and the staff departments Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and Central Procurement.
