P. van Oord (1961) - CEO
Pieter van Oord has been a member of the Executive Board since 2007. He was appointed CEO in November 2008. He is responsible for Offshore, Netherlands, Europe, Personnel & Organisation, Operations Department, Technical Department, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, and Marketing & PR.

A.J. van de Kerk (1955) - CFO
Arjan van de Kerk has been a member of the Executive Board since 1998. He is responsible for Finance & Administration, Information Technology, Survey and Legal & Contracts.

P.H.G. de Ridder (1948) - COO
Peter de Ridder has been a member of the Executive Board since 1994. He is responsible for worldwide activities in the regions America, Mediterranean & Africa  Asia & Australia, Middle East, and for the activities carried out by Engineering & Estimating.
