Our Operations team, which is based at our Rotterdam headquarters, ensures that our worldwide projects are adequately manned. To this end, the team liaises with project managers and provides personalised support to individual team members, for example through a dedicated Expat Desk. This way, our people can rely on the support they need.

The team also supports the ambitions of upcoming talent and seasoned professionals, through skills development courses and leadership development programmes. Operations broadens the horizon of our people, by assigning them to special projects or a different department.
